Korean Hanji Origami Paper - IRISH GREY

As you fold, you can feel centuries of craftsmanship and refinement in Korean Hanji Paper which traces its roots as far back as the 3rd century. Hanji utilizes the soft, inner bark of the mulberry tree. Setting it apart from other mulberry papers is the addition of Hibiscus miniot. The miniot aids in holding the pulp fibers together adding a level of strength and durability surpassing other kozo papers. The durability of Hanji paper is virtually unmatched making it an outstanding paper for folding origami. 

Hanji Origami Paper is handmade in Korea. It is acid free and weighs approximately 35 grams per square meter providing a lightweight and translucent paper option. The pulp is dyed, so the Irish Grey color is featured on both the face and the reverse of the paper.
